- How can I have my order shipped?
All masks are shipped per package. We charge standard € 4.95 handling / shipping costs. Also to Belgium.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 days.
- Can I return my order?
Always send an email to info@ov-proof.nl first. Then we can also discuss with you exactly what you want to return and why. For hygienic reasons, it is in principle not possible to return mouth masks.
- How do I place an order?
Choose a product in the shop, after which you can complete your order from the shopping cart.
- If I have a question, how do I contact me?

- Do you offer mouth masks good protection?
Our face masks are CE certified. They have a filtering efficiency of at least 99.9%. Our 3-layer certified mouth masks protect both you and your environment.
